Notice to Community Members – Precautionary Water Boil Order UPDATE
Please see the update regarding a precautionary water boil order in Listuguj.
A potable water pump upgrade is scheduled on Sunday, November 10th and Tuesday, November 12th.
A precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect on the Listuguj Water System and will start on Sunday, November 10th.
Snow Removal Contractor Needed
Call Out for Snow Removal
Interested snow removal contractors are invited to submit quotations to Listuguj Mi’gmaq Government for the Admin2 building by noon on November 15, 2024. The quotation should include the cost for the following services during workdays for Admin2:
– All exits and entrances must be shoveled and cleared before 8:30AM.
– Keep the AC unit on the side of the building free of snow.
– Salt the walkways and exits before 8:30AM and during the day if needed.
-Clean the side of the building/gated area.

During this time, community members are requested to minimize their water usage, and a precautionary boil water advisory will be issued on the Listuguj Water System.

The Listuguj Mi’gmaq Government is requesting proposals for snow removal at the Haven House in the community.
Polling Notice – Change of Venue
There is a change of venue regarding the Polling Station for the Election 2024.
On November 2nd, the location will now be at the Listuguj Community Development Center (Bingo Hall) at 42 Dundee Rd.
