Summary of Function:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of Human Resources (HR) management and administrative duties in support of the Manager. This role is essential for improving efficiency, supporting compliance efforts, and enabling the HR Manager to focus on workforce planning, policy development, and strategic initiatives. The EA will manage scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and coordination of HR projects and compliance tracking.

Job Duties:

· Provide direct administrative and office management support to the HR Manager, as directed.

· Maintain work, meetings, and appointments schedules and calendars of the HR Manager.

· Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

· Keep HR Manager informed of obligations to internal and external contacts.

· Draft and format documents, including HR policies, workforce reports, and training materials.

· Assist in coordinating grievance resolution sessions.

· Assist with salary scale documentation, workforce planning data collection, and reporting.

· Take and transcribe dictation and notes of highly confidential subjects, including minutes of meetings.

· Review all documents, reports, and correspondence prepared for HR Managers signatures for format, content, grammar, spelling and make edits as necessary.

· Complete expense reports, pay invoices, and other monetary duties.

· Serve as recording secretary for meetings and carry out follow-ups to meetings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Summary of Function:

Job Duties:

Summary of Function:

The Aquaculture Deckhand/Labourer will assist with all aspects of Sea Scallop cultivation on Bay of Chaleur near Carleton sur Mer. They will report directly to the farm supervisor and take an active role in seed handling, net cleaning and stocking, ear-hanging, harvest, and general farm maintenance. The individual will be trained to work with specialized scallop farming equipment manufactured in Japan and adapted for Sea Scallops in Listuguj. To be successful in this role, they must be hard-working, eager to learn, self-motivated, and comfortable working on the water. The position location will be split between Listuguj land-based work and the Baie de Chaleur, Carleton, Quebec, at sea work.

 

Job duties:

• Scallop spat (seed) handling.
• Scallop net cleaning and net stocking
• Scallop grading (using specialized grading machines)
• Ear-hanging (the process of drilling a hole in scallop shells and attaching individuals to lines)
• Scallop harvesting (including collecting, sorting, shucking, cleaning)
• General maintenance of farming equipment
• Setting up, operating and maintenance of scallop and net cleaning equipment.

The incumbent will provide mental health services from a multi-sectoral/inter-agency approach to individuals, families, and groups. The Clinical Psychologist will offer direct psychological services including assessment and diagnostic services, as well as counseling and therapy to address psychological disorders and emotional distress, with a particular focus on culturally relevant and trauma-informed approaches that are sensitive to the specific needs of Listuguj community members. The incumbent should possess an abundance of knowledge and a keen interest in understanding Indigenous worldviews and history of the community of Listuguj.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose psychological conditions

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive work plan for land code development and ratification.
  • Establish and provide ongoing support to the land code development committee.
  • Design and execute a voter outreach strategy to identify and inform eligible voters.
  • Develop clear and engaging communication materials, including pamphlets, surveys, bulletins, and FAQs.
