Student Transfer

On October 29, 2012,  the LMG signed an Order in Council  fully supporting the Alaqsite’w Gitpu School (AGS) as the sole educational provider for students in Nursery to Grade 8 unless an established and comprehensive program or curricula not currently offered at the AGS is offered at a local/provincial school (such as total French delivery).

The AGS Student Transfer Committee meets with parents once a year to determine whether a transfer to another provincial school will be in the best interest of the student.   The deadline for student application is June 15th and the meeting with the committee is held the first week in August.

The application forms are at the AGS. For more information contact Jeff Grass at 418.788.3100.
