2019 Sneaker and School Supplies Reimbursement Program

Community Notice:

The sneaker and school supplies vouchers/reimbursements begins today, August 12th at the Education Complex for Nursery to Grade 12.

 

Hours are from:

Monday to Thursday:  8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Friday from 8:30 to 12:00 p.m. (until Labour Day)

 

To be eligible for the voucher or reimbursement, students are required to:

  1. Reside in Listuguj and attend the Alaqsite’w Gitpu School, Sugarloaf Senior High School or approved transfers to other schools.
  2. Provide a June school report card. (provincial school students only)
  3. Provide an updated copy of status or medicare card.

 

For students who attend provincial schools in Quebec, proof of registration will be required.

 

A reminder that before a voucher can be released or reimbursement made, we will require the students June report card and updated valid ID.

 

Reimbursements will not be processed for those students who were issued a voucher.  If a voucher has been issued but not cashed, the voucher must be returned before a reimbursement can be made.
