Request For Proposal – Shoreline Restoration & Land Surveying, Subdivision, and Lot Development Services

The Listuguj Mi’gmaq Government are currently opening up two Request for Proposals to interested consultants.

These Request for Proposals relate to the Shoreline Restoration where the selected consultant will assess priority shoreline areas, identify erosion and environmental concerns, and develop practical, site-specific restoration recommendations that protect infrastructure, community lands, cultural areas, and habitat.

And the second relates to Land Surveying, Subdivision, and Lot Development Services in which the selected proponents will be expected to review existing survey plans, conduct field surveys as required, prepare subdivision plans, and provide recommendations addressing any boundary, access, encroachment, or ownership challenges identified during the process.
