INVITATION TO TENDER
CSU RAIL CURB REPAIR – TERMINAL 2
BELLEDUNE PORT AUTHORITY
BELLEDUNE, NEW BRUNSWICK

Offers signed under seal, executed, dated and marked “CSU Rail Curb Repair – Terminal 2” will be received until 2:00 p.m. (local time), May 28, 2026, via email at tenders@portbelledune.ca. Opening of tenders will follow immediately; however, the opening will not be open to the public.

Each offer must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total Bid Price, executed in the favour of the Belledune Port Authority. The successful Bidder shall submit to the Owner, at the time of the contract execution, a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 50% of the Contract Amount.

The bidding procedures shall be defined under the “Instructions to Bidders” section of the tender documents. Bidders will be required to register at https://www.portbelledune.ca/services/rfps-tenders to obtain the bid documents. Registrations will be accepted starting May 6, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. (local time).

The Belledune Port Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. The lowest or any qualified tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Les soumissions signées, datées et identifiées « Réparation de la bordure en béton adjacente au rail CSU – Terminal 2 » seront reçues par courriel à tenders@portbelledune.ca jusqu’au 28 mai 2026 à 14 h (heure locale). L’ouverture des soumissions se déroulera immédiatement après la fermeture de la période d’appel d’offres, mais l’ouverture des soumissions ne seront pas ouvertes au public.

Chaque soumission doit être accompagnée d’un bon de cautionnement de soumission au montant de 10 % du total de la soumission, payable à l’Administration portuaire de Belledune. Le soumissionnaire retenu devra remettre au propriétaire, au moment de l’exécution du contrat, un cautionnement d’exécution et un cautionnement pour le paiement de la main-d’oeuvre et des matériaux, chacun équivalent à 50 % du montant du contrat.

Les règlements de soumission stipulés dans l’article « Instructions to Bidders » du document d’appels d’offres s’appliquent au présent contrat. Les soumissionnaires devront s’inscrire sur https://www.portbelledune.ca/fr/services/rfps-tenders afin d’obtenir les documents d’appel d’offres. Les inscriptions seront acceptées à compter du 6 mai 2026 à 8 h (heure locale).

L’Administration portuaire de Belledune se réserve le droit d’accepter ou de rejeter toute soumission. La plus basse ou toute soumission admissible ne sera pas nécessairement acceptée.
