Red Dress Day 2021

Tomorrow, May 5th, is the National Day of Awareness of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG) also known as Red Dress Day. Help us raise awareness on gender based violence by wearing red tomorrow to honor MMIWG.

Healing Grounds Grand Opening

Join us Saturday, May 15th, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. as we celebrate the official opening of Nepisimgewei Mnoqwotqeg - Healing Arbor & Etlinpisulti'gw - Healing Grounds. Migwite’tm ’81 – 40 Year Commemoration Event

This year marks 40 years since the Salmon Raids of 1981 in Listuguj. The commemoration event will begin with a water ceremony at 10:00 a.m. at the GMRC wharf. Father’s Day Celebration

The Listuguj Mi’gmaq Government will be hosting a BBQ, soft ball game and other activities on Father’s Day, June 21ts, 2021. Join the celebration at the ball field from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Prizes to give away!  

Cross Community Fireworks and Scavenger Hunt

We are pleased to announce that Listuguj, Pointe-à-la-Croix and Campbellton are coming together to host a community scavenger hunt and fireworks display on Sunday, September 5, 2021. Further details on the location and time coming soon!
