Please be advised that, effective immediately, all contractors performing construction, renovation, demolition, or similar work within the community are required to provide and use their own waste disposal container ( dumpster or bin) for all construction and demolition debris generated by their projects. The community Transfer site for waste collection is intended for residential household waste only and is not authorized to accept waste produced through commercial construction projects.
Contractors are responsible for:
  1. supplying an appropriate dumpster or waste container for each project
  2. Ensuring all construction and demolition debris is removed from the site and disposed of with an authorized waste management facility
