Listuguj Alerts App
The Listuguj Mi’gmaq Government is pleased to announce that our new “Listuguj Alerts” app is live and available to download! While the app is ready to use, notifications and community alerts are not being sent just yet.
This app has taken over the previous “LMG Waste” app – but don’t worry, you will still receive notifications regarding waste removal in the community!
On the Listuguj Alerts app, you will receive urgent alerts and notifications directly to your phone, such as:
• Real-time emergency alerts
• Weather and safety advisories
• Water boil order notices
• Police procedures and operations updates
• And more
If you already have the former “LMG Waste” app, you do not need to download anything new. To download our free app, visit the App Store, or Google Play Store on your mobile device, and search for “Listuguj Alerts.” Once the app is downloaded, you will be prompted to input your address. Your address is used to determine your waste pickup schedule. It will remain private and will not be shared. If you do not wish receive notifications regarding waste pickup, please type “Listuguj Alerts.”
Download the app today, turn on your notifications, and be ready to stay informed as we begin rolling out alerts soon.
