Capital & Infrastructure is responsible for identifying and researching funding programs to support the growing demand for housing within the community. While Capital & Infrastructure does not administer housing directly, individuals can apply for housing using the form located here. A member of our team will review submissions to ensure all required information is received and will forward the completed application to the appropriate directorate.

The role of Capital & Infrastructure focuses on securing funding and constructing homes that comply with local, provincial, and federal building codes, while aligning with the specific needs of our community. We take great pride in upholding standards in our housing projects and are committed to delivering safe, sustainable, and high-quality environments for all residents.
