Update to Listuguj Checkpoints

Due to the current situation across the bridge, additional measures have been added at the Listuguj Checkpoints to ensure the on-going safety of Listuguj and its residents. Beginning Thursday, May 28, at 12:00 p.m. (today) until Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., the only persons authorized to enter Listuguj will be registered Listuguj band members, Listuguj residents, LMG essential service personnel, persons with special authorization letters, food distributors, as well as emergency vehicles. At this time, checkpoints will remain up until June 15, 2020. A reassessment will be done before June 15.

 

**Please note, food distributors delivering essential goods to local convenience stores have been added to the list of authorized personnel. Checkpoint supervisors have contacted store owners to coordinate these deliveries.
