DESCRIPTION:The Listuguj Community Health Center is pleased to announce that the Bivalent Moderna COVID Vaccine will be available in Listuguj.\n\n\nWe will be offering the Bivalent Moderna COVID vaccine to all Listuguj community members 18 years and over who:\n\n\nHave received at least two doses of a previous COVID vaccine (Moderna or Phizer) and it has been more than 5 months since your last dose\nOr\nYou have had a previous dose(s) of a COVID vaccine and have had COVID. It must be at least 3 months since the infection.\n\n\nOur vaccination clinic will be held in the community at the Listuguj Community Health center on October 7th\, 2022\nOur clinic will run from 9-4. By appointment only.\n\n\nCall the Health Center at 418-788-2155 and speak with Jennifer Caplin\, for an appointment.\nWe will require your name\, date of birth and Medicare number.\n\n\nIf you have any questions regarding the Covid-19 vaccine\, please give us a call.
