DESCRIPTION:Update: This event has been cancelled. \n  \n  \nThrough the Igaluguj aq Gepmite’lmujig Gisigu’mimajuinu’g – Protect and Respect Your Elders project\, Adult and Elderly Care is offering a three-part Chair Exercise Program for seniors over the age of 65. \nDate: Thursday\, September 24\, 2020\nLocation: Listuguj Community Development Center\nTime: 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm \nDuring this time\, Donna will demonstrate theses types of exercises and provide you with all the information you need to obtain medical clearance from your doctor. \nAdditionally\, discussions will take place on how to protect yourself during the pandemic as people may try to take advantage of you\, our seniors. \nCovid restrictions will be in place. Bring your mask\, respect social distancing and sanitize your hands.
