The first annual tri-cultural celebration “Nous trois | Nesisieg | We three” will be held at the highway rest stop in Escuminac on Saturday, June 15th. This event aims to celebrate the three cultures present in the Avignon MRC: francophone, anglophone and Mi’gmaq.
There will be a community market from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Quebec time. From 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Quebec time, we will hear from local musical talent such as MLou, The Gypsy Donkeys and the Shigawake Groove Band. The complete musical lineup will be announced shortly.
