LMG Employee Data Bank
Information Update Needed
According to the LMG Tendering Policy, Human Resources is required to maintain an Employee Data Bank of qualified individuals and trainees for each occupation and priority group. Individuals will be ranked on that list based on the hiring criteria.
The LMG Employee Data Bank will be used to identify qualified individuals for the upcoming 2019 Seasonal Employment. The required information for the Data Bank will include any Education, Training/ Certificates, Work Experiences, and/or other relevant information in the following positions;
- Admin (Casual Receptionist)
- Carpentry (Head Carpenter, Carpenter, Labourer)
- Cement & Masonry
- Heavy Equipment Operator
- Iron Work
- Pipe Laying
- Skilled Labourers
- Truck Driver
- Any other Construction Trade
Employment is seasonal or casual in nature, employees wishing to be considered for employment the following season must re-apply every year.
